Karin is a licenced realestate agent in Queensland,and an experienced trainer and coach. As a rookie in the industry she wrote 15 sales in her 3rd month in an area she had just moved to and had no network in. Karin was headhunted into management and then headhunted as a coach for another training company across 32 different agencies in South East Qld.
She is a member of The ICF (International Coaching Federation) and is working toward her Master Coaching Certification. A graduate of Coach University, an advocate of personal development and training she has walked across hot coals with Anthony Robbins, she has listened to and read most of the best coaching and training programs in the world today.
Karin loves coaching and training realtors.Her clients are usually high achievers, executives and licencees who are ready to take it to a new level and really grow their edge in the marketplace or get the missing components of their life together . She also works with people who have had a succesful career prior to joining real estate and loves to fast track their transition.
Terri Cooper
Terri is a licenced real estate agent in Queensland and has been a highly successful agent for the past 10 years with various agencies throughout Brisbane. Terri was awarded membership of the Re/Max Gold Club for high performing agents from 02 to 04 and among the top 20 Re/max sales agents in 2005.
Terri has recently completed her coach training through Christopher Howards Results program and is now a cerified NLP Results coach. She has also completed her cert 4 in Workplace Training and Assessment and loves running industry training.
Terri has experienced the benefits of coaching firsthand and is a graduate of Michael Sheargolds Ultimate Real Estate Coaching High Achiever Program, as well as completed a 12 month Personal Coaching and Mentoring program with world acclaimed sales trainer Brian Tracey.

Joeann is a licenced realtor in the United States and a very experienced realestate coach and trainer, with clients across the globe. She is one of the few coaches on the planet to be recognised by the ICF ( International Coaching Federation) as an MCC (Master Certified Coach) and is based in Arizona in the USA.
Joeann brings a wealth of resources for the real estate professional and an international perspective to the coaching company and we are delighted to welcome her into our team and into our hearts..
